Is anyone aware of any caselaw reagarding cases where witnesses have taken and passed a polygraph and this information as allowed in the trial?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Read the New Mexico decision. (The APA published it last year. If you can't find it, I've got it in PDF somewhere.) They allow polygraph over objection, and polygraph gets in regularly.

Also, the APA's site has a list of cases for the (case) law in every state. You can also try Gordon Vaughn, the APA's general counsel. He'd probably know off the top of his head.
